Shipping policy

The Baby Specialist offers free delivery for any orders above $50.00. Deliveries will be made via our in-house delivery, SingPost registered tracking mail or courier service. Currently, we do not provide International Shipping. Below are the shipping details :-

Our In-House Delivery / Courier / Mail	For orders below $100.00, delivery charges should be at Standard – Within 7 working days - $5, Expedited - Within 3 working days - $10. For orders above $100, free delivery	Delivery will be within 3 working days of your order confirmation. Our customer service will contact you to arrange the delivery date and timing. We will send you a tracking no. or delivery date and timeslot once the order has been dispatched. Delivery timeslots: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 5 pm There will be no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

The Baby Specialist reserves the right to change the delivery schedule should the circumstance requires. To reschedule local courier delivery day/time, kindly call 65626007 or cs@thebabyspecialist.com.sg at least 1 day in advance.
